A lot of people put off testing because they picture a stack of paperwork, a diagnosis code, and a fifteen-minute appointment where someone reads results off a screen. That's not how we work, and it's not what you're paying for.
The process:
An intake session where we take a real history, not a checklist. Testing sessions, scheduled with your energy and sensory needs in mind, using standardized measures alongside clinical observation. A feedback session where we sit down with you and walk through what we found, in plain language, before you ever see the written report. A comprehensive written report, delivered after your feedback session, that you can share with your therapist, your doctor, your employer, or your family, exactly as it is.
What makes our reports different:
Every report is recommendation-heavy. A diagnosis by itself doesn't tell you what to do Monday morning. Our reports translate the testing data into specific next steps: what kind of therapy actually fits your profile, what accommodations to request at work or school and how to request them, what to say to the people in your life who need an explanation, and where the overlap is if more than one diagnosis is in play.
Every report is written to be read. No unexplained jargon, no ten pages of raw scores with no interpretation. If a term needs defining, we define it.
Every report is built around you specifically, not a template. Two clients with the same diagnosis can walk away with very different recommendations, because two people with the same diagnosis are not the same person.
Turnaround and cost:
Comprehensive evaluations range from $6,750 to $8,550, depending on the referral question and scope of testing. We're a private-pay practice, and we provide a detailed superbill so you can pursue out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance.
